Always Treat people the same way you would want to be treated. But if they want to be Rude then you should be nice. If that don't work Ask for their name then say "May I speak to a Manager Please" It is amazing how fast they will change from being rude to being nice. If you do have to speak to a manager be nice, explain the problem and tell them that you feel the other person you talked to was very Rude. If the manager does not help solve the problem or is rude. Wait one hour (Time for you to cool off) then call the corp. Office Talk to the highest person possible. Ask for the person that is in charge of Customer Service.
Be nice when you talk to them.
